Yes, we ship worldwide! However, shipping framed artwork can be costly. We recommend ordering the print-only option and purchasing a frame locally once you receive your print. This way, you can save on shipping and avoid the risk of a broken frame.

We draw artwork based on the pictures and information you provide at the time of purchase. If you provide additional pictures or information later, there will be an extra charge depending on what it is. To avoid paying extra charges, provide all the information and pictures at the time of purchase and before we begin working on your artwork.

You will receive an email with your sample artwork within 3-5 days for your approval. If you are happy then we will proceed to printing and framing. Delivery might take 5-20 days depending on where you are located.

Typically, our turn-around time for sending proofs is 3-5 days. If you haven't received your proof after this period, please get in touch with us. We strive to ensure that every customer receives their proof within 5 days. If by the sixth day you haven't heard from us, it's advisable to contact us to ensure everything is on track. Unforeseen circumstances may have happened, or there might be an issue with your order, although we always aim to communicate any such matters promptly.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. In case you have not received shipping notification email after estimated processing time, please contact us.

Returns & Replacement

Returns accepted for 30 days from delivery date.

If you received the wrong item or your item is defective, we offer a replacement. This is when the item you received is significantly different from the description or the preview shown to you.

We offer a replacement if damaged is due to the fault of our printing or the carrier. You do not need to return the defective item.

Refund policy

Each artwork is custom-made specifically for you. However, if there's something wrong with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with photos of your personalized custom artwork and we’ll sort that out for you. 

Exception policy

Some of our products which commonly can’t be returned because these are customized production artwork. However, if you are not satisfied with your order please contact us. We will work with you on making things right.

• Failing to preview the design carefully to see if it’s all correct. All of our printing files are automatically generated exactly as same as the preview sent to you.

• We will send proof to you and wait for your approval before shipping all orders out. We will send follow up email if we don't hear from you.

Artwork Proofs

All artwork is custom-made to order. You will receive proof to approve or request revisions within 3-5 days of placing your order. If we do not hear back from you within 48 hours of the proof email being sent, you will receive a follow-up email. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours of the follow-up, we will automatically send your portrait to printing as-is.

Shipping Times

BELLE ART DESIGN is proud to offer free artwork proofs on all orders. You will receive an email with your proof within 3-5 days after the date of your order and may request revisions until you are satisfied with your artwork. Note, during holiday times, your proof may be delayed up to 7 days.

Once you have approved your artwork proof, your order will be fulfilled in 4-7 days, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location but is estimated between 5-10 days.

Customs

An additional customs and tax fee may occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Please note

Our 'Skip the line' product add-on speeds up your artwork creation and moves your order to the front of the queue for our artists to begin working on. It does not increase the courier's speed or shipping time.

Please understand that if your order requires a new photo, this will increase the artwork production time.

If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us with your order number and a brief note describing the issue with your shipment. If you have received a damaged item, please include a photo that clearly shows the product defect so that we may investigate the underlying cause of the issue. As we recognize that this is an issue we created, we will be happy to send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

We need to send you the proof of sample portrait for your approval before shipping it out. We value and respect everyone's privacy. We will never sell your information to anyone.
